"On February 19, Bellevue launched the Christian Mobile Dental Clinic,
an innovative ministry that will do just that: meet the needs and heal the
hurts of underprivileged Memphis residents. The clinic operates 150
days a year, traveling to low-income areas of the city to provide basic
dental services free of charge to residents." ~Bellvue
"To help with the finances and manpower necessary to operate the clinic,
we are partnering with other churches and organizations. “We knew from
day one that this was a larger project than Bellevue could handle alone,”
said Marcum. Our partners include Baptist Memorial Health Care,
buydentalequipment.com, Christian Medical and Dental Association,
Darby Dental, Mid-South Baptist Association, Patterson Dental, Second
Presbyterian Church, Tennessee Baptist Convention, Trinity Baptist
Church, and UT Health Science Center’s Department of
Dental Hygiene." ~Bellvue
"The purpose and mission is to eliminate suffering and health threats
caused by dental infections and disease. Dental Angel Fund Foundation
will provide financial assistance and educational awareness for uninsured,
underserved, and indigent children and adults. Financial assistance
would be provided for procedures that would relieve pain and suffering
due to life threatening dental infections and disease. Diagnosis (by a
licensed dentist) must be made requiring the removal of infected teeth or
an infected tooth.
A network of Dentist stretching across the state of Tennessee
affectionately called “Dental Angels” will help to meet the dental
needs of many. " ~Dental Angel Fund Foundation
