The ADHA Committee on Annual Session is very excited to have the 2011 Center for Lifelong Learning at the 88th Annual Session coming to Downtown Nashville next June!
 
We would like to reach out to each member of Tennessee for assistance in volunteering for the national meeting! We are excited to have the national meeting right in our back yard and hope you are too!  For complete meeting information, visit www.adha.org/annualsession
 
There are many opportunities to volunteer for the ADHA meeting.  Click here, you will find the complete listing of available positions as well as a volunteer interest form. Please complete and return this form to Donnella Arrington on or before February 9, 2011. You can also access this volunteer information online at www.adha.org/annualsession , beginning in November, click on the Volunteer Tab.
 
The Criteria for Volunteering is as follows:
 
  • Must be an ADHA Member
  • Must be registered for the 2011 CLL/AS Meeting by the time of your assignment
  • Must be able to commit to volunteering for at least 3 positions (can be 1 ½ days, or 3 half days, or any other combination to total 3 positions)
  • Must attend the Volunteer Orientation on Wednesday, June15 from 6:30pm-7:30pm.
 
We will attempt to assign you based on your availability and area of interest.

    Hotel Information

    ADHA’s Group Block will be at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. Group block will open in mid-January 2011.  Room Rates are as follows:
    Single ~ $139 + 15.25 % + $2.50/day lodging tax = $162.70 per night
    Double ~ $149 + 15.25 % + $2.50/day lodging tax = $174.23 per night
    Triple ~ $169 + 15.25 % + $2.50/day lodging tax = $197.27 per night
    Quad ~ $189 + 15.25 % + $2.50/day lodging tax = $220.32 per night

    Registration Information

    Registration will open in mid-January 2011.  Registration rates are as follows:

    Base Main Registration Fees:

    Members: $199
    *Note ~ ADHA will be offering an on-line meeting bonus special mid-January thru   mid-February at the rate $145 for Members. Save the Date to register early and SAVE!

    Student Members: $99

    CE Courses:
    CE Courses can be added to your registration.  Prices range from $30 - $60 per course.
